'BayridgeCourt started from a humble vision: introducing real Neapolitan pizza to Via Vittorio Emanuele, 75. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our pizza place originated as a quaint, family-managed shop with recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, our pioneer, perfected the craft of pizza creation during her journeys across Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the original home of pizza. After coming back to the UK, she was adamant about bringing the essence of true Italian pizza, adhering to age-old techniques and the highest quality components.
Our once small 12-seat pizzeria has now flourished into a cherished community favorite, and our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains steadfast. We continue employing traditional wood-fired ovens, craft our dough from scratch everyday, and choose the best ingredients accessible.
Currently, 'BayridgeCourt is still under family ownership and supervision, with the Rossi descendants steering our devoted crew. While we've adopted new advancements, our core philosophy persists: producing savory, real pizza that brings individuals together.
